From COPK to all you traceurs out there, we'd like to wish you a Happy New Year!

This year, COPK had 17,157 unique visitors, once again, a new record for us! 2009 also saw many new exciting things for parkour in Colorado. Some of the highlights include the opening of the parkour gym APEX Movement, the National Jam in August, teaching parkour at several schools, expanding parkour classes to Colorado Springs, and media appearances in Denver Magazine, Westword, Women's Adventure Magazine, FOX news, 9news, and more. COPK had a successful year in training and through the advancement of parkour as a known and respected discipline in the state.

Parkour is growing at a faster rate than ever so from COPK, have a safe and successful year of parkour. Train hard and always work to be useful and make positive contributions to others in your community through parkour!
