COPK National Jam Schedule
This is the schedule for the COPK National Jam. We highly recommend that you print this out, along with addresses, maps, directions, and anything else you need to navigate to the locations. Please check back over the next couple days as we continue to update and refine this schedule.

Friday, August 10

Jam Meeting Location: Colorado School of Mines, Golden, CO - MAP

Jam Meeting Time: 3 PM

Jam Synopsis: Everyone will meet at the meeting location at 3 PM. In the center of the Mines campus, there is a large grassy park area. On one side of the area, there are 3 tall column/spires. These can be seen by driving to the end of 15th. St. (you will come to a dead end roundabout and will need to park).

Because many people are getting into town at different times on Friday, we will be holding just a very laid back, informal jam. People may come and go as they please.

Saturday, August 11

Jam Meeting Location: Engineering Center courtyard, CU Boulder campus, Boulder, CO - MAP

Jam Meeting Time: 10 AM

Jam Synopsis: Everyone will meet at the Engineering Center courtyard area directly adjacent to Regent Dr. The jam will start at 10 AM. From the meeting location, two groups will tour CU and surrounding areas by separate routes.

In mid-afternoon, there will be a lunch break and then the jam will resume with both groups coming together at Red Rocks, Boulder - MAP.

BBQ Location: Eben G Fine Park, Boulder, CO - MAP

BBQ Time: Park reserved from 5 PM to 9PM.

BBQ Synopsis: The park is right across the road and river from Red Rocks, Boulder. We will head over here after we are done at Red Rocks. There will be food, drinks, and plenty to do including swimming, tubing, and playgrounds, rocks, and grassy areas to jump around on! Unfortunately we didn't give enough notice to get an alcohol permit, so if you must have some, please bring it on your own and enjoy it in a very discretional manner.

Sunday, August 12

Jam Meeting Location: Cat Fountain, Skyline Park, Denver, CO - MAP

Jam Meeting Time: 10 AM

Jam Synopsis:Everyone will meet at Cat Fountain at 10 AM. After jamming at Skyline Park for a while, The Tribe will do some demonstration at 11 AM. At 1 PM there will be an event at Athlete's Foot on the 16th St. Mall for people to come check out the Ariakes and maybe win some free stuff. This will coincide with the lunch break. Around 2ish, we will meet back at Skyline Park and split into several smaller groups and tour the different downtown hotspots by different routes.

BBQ Location: Matt's apartment complex, Denver, CO - MAP

BBQ Time: 5 PM

BBQ Synopsis: We will have a BBQ at Matt's apartment complex. There is a pool, lake, hot tub, lawn area, playground, and more. There will be food and drinks as well.

Monday, August 13

Jam Meeting Location: Red Rocks Amphitheater, Morrison, CO - MAP

Jam Meeting Time: 10 AM

Jam Synopsis: Everyone will meet at the top of the amphitheater seating in the large courtyard/overlook area. Make sure to park in the top parking lot (you must go through a small tunnel to get there). We will jam in the amphitheater and later go out onto the rocks. Unfortunately, we must leave Red Rocks by 2:30 PM due to a concert later that day. After leaving Red Rocks, people may choose to go eat. If anyone is still up to jam, we can continue back over to the Mines campus, where we were on Friday.
