Dry Creek Medical Center
West Dry Creek Circle, Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Conditions - The conditions here are very good. It surrounds an office, so the terrain is rarely used but is still well kept; perfect for maintaining pristine conditions. It should also be mentioned that it smells delicious because of the large flower beds. However, for those of you with allergies, this could be a problem, so be sure to take some allergy medication beforehand if you have them! There is extremely little foot traffic, so no need to worry about building up that momentum and crashing into someone!

Security - Although this center has medical facilities, in all the times I have been here, there hasn’t been a single security guard. I don’t believe they have them. There is no security so far as I can tell. Although that’s not to say you won’t encounter any...

Obstacles - The obstacles are, for the most part, completely industrial and mostly concrete. There are some grassy areas, but this isn’t a place to be practicing your rolls; have them down on hard surfaces before you come here. A combination of high and low obstacles makes this an ideal location for both traceurs and freerunners. This place is riddled with obstacles just the right height to flip over and off of for freerunners, and it’s multi-terraced structure allows for traceurs to really enjoy the full benefits of their techniques. The backside of the building is a prime location for vaults and precisions. Very sexy.

Features: Parking garage gap, rail gaps, precisions galore, and both small and large obstacles.
Lacks: Gaps.

Overall - This building hosts a bunch of medical offices, such as eye doctors, pediatricians, dentists and the like. So there is medical attention immediately at hand if you do hurt yourself! The terrain here is great because whether you feel like going big, or working on tech, this place has got what you need. It is available all the time, and from my experience you won’t ever get hassled for being here. It is beautiful, and the surrounding buildings also have nice architecture. However, it does lack gaps, and it is mostly ground level. So if you are looking to go huge this place probably isn’t what you’re looking for. Also, while the obstacles that ARE here are amazing, if you are looking for a warehouse of them, then you’d best look elsewhere also.
