The Kentwood Company Building
5690 DTC Boulevard, Greenwood Village, Colorado

Conditions - The Kentwood Company Building, plus the adjacent building behind it, are both accessible from DTC Blvd. During the week it is a pretty busy place but you can usually find a place to park near the south east side of the building. The whole place is well kept. Unless you go inside the building, you will have to get water and stuff at a plaza less than a mile away.

Security - During the week, you will most likely get caught because people can clearly see you from their office window, or if you are near the parking garages they could get suspicious. But on the weekends you basically will have no problems and there is a great area with shade and tables near the main entrance (south side of the building) to eat lunch and chill. If there are any security guards on the weekends then just don't do anything near the main entrance because that is where they tend to stay. But on the other three corners of the building as well as the east side, it will be fine.

Obstacles - There is a great variety of obstacles on all the four corners of the building as well as of the building behind it. Ranging from tons of walls that change levels that are the most profound feature of this place, great opportunities for big leaps and tons of 10 ft. wall runs, with even a couple spots with some rails, including two parking garages. It is basically a parkour heaven; you could spend all day here. And with another hotspot just a mile away, it's perfect.

Features: Varying sizes of walls, all close and condensed, great for precisions and jumping from “plateau” to “plateau”.
Lacks: Not much, if anything.

Overall - Overall this area is a parkour heaven. Walls, walls, and more walls. On all four sides of this building, there are different level walls and various rails and parking garages. It is a great spot to use your imagination with and encounter a continuous flow of obstacles combined with trees and all kinds of plants where ever you look, making it that much more enjoyable.
