Traceur: Rock Photographer: Jeff N. Location: Fort Lewis, Durango, Colorado Description: Rock does a side flip off of a rock. Traceur's Comments: "It was a cold day out but I was hot with the passion to do parkour. My sister goes to college at Fort Lewis but I never had the chance to do some parkour there. I heard it was a great place for it but whenever I go there I always get caught up in other things; until now. I never knew there was so much good stuff at the "campus in the sky". One thing is for sure, when I go back to Fort Lewis, I will not only have the pleasure of seeing my sister again but I will do some great parkour as well." Photographer's Comments: "I was trying to capture both the action and the natural beauty of the rock gardens at Fort Lewis. I like the juxtaposition of the flip and the red flowers on the bush in the foreground." *If you would like to be considered for Photo of the Month, please submit a high resolution photo along with all the information above to coloradoparkour@gmail.com. |
