Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is to be expected?
A: Classes will begin with a thorough warm up, a cumulative skills review, a weekly movement theme,
and an application through short courses. To finish the class, there will be a parkour specific
workout of the day and a cool down accompanied by a short discussion about parkour related topics.
Q: Who can take part?
A: Parkour classes are open to anyone. Currently, class capacity is around 25-30 participants.
As a result, classes will be enrolled on a first come, first served basis.
Q: Do I need to be fit to take part?
A: Although the parkour classes are geared toward hard training, instructors will help those who
are less fit to scale it down and train at their own pace.
Q: What will I need for class?
A: We recommend athletic wear and a good pair of cross trainers. Everyone must complete and sign
a waiver for Colorado Parkour. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have it signed by a legal
guardian.

A: To register for parkour classes, go here.
You may also register at the beginning of a new class cycle. However, if you wait,
enrollment is not guaranteed due to classes filling up on a first come, first serve basis.
Q: What equipment is used during class?
A: Classes utilize parkour specific equipment including 4-foot tall vault boxes, 3-foot tall vault
boxes, various sizes of plyometric boxes, a 6-foot tall parcube, and mini rails.
Classes also use resources in the facilities including strength and conditioning equipment, mats,
parallel bars, and a pull up bar apparatus.
